philosophy
Audio signals exist not only in the electro-physical realm, but are imbued with intentional weight, often to the point of saturation. They must be handled so well at each junction to remain potent and evocative; when engineers do our jobs thoughtfully, the technology disappears and we make recordings that are not only accurate historical records, but works of art in their own right.
